A friendly pub. Busy for the quiz night. Decent beers. May pop in again on a Monday.
Lovely Public House, Although a Tad Expensive, We went to a Funeral and we had the Wake Here, Very Welcoming.
I stopped outside for a rest, as I was passing. Firm external seating helped me recharge my stamina. Thank you.

What a fantastic pub, always a must visit when in the area! Separate small rooms, one bar, lots of choice and great food. Can't speak highly enough of it just sorry I live so far away.
A really nice, proper Pub. Food, real ales, and good wines. Very close to the Cemetery and Crematorium so not a bad place for a drink in memoriam. One drawback is parking, very limited and on a busy corner.
A very nice Pub / Inn. Separate rooms you can meet up in with SkySports on the TV. One room had a stove and felt very friendly. As a visiting football supporter and a CamRa member was pleased to see a good selection of ale. No dark beers when I went. The locals were friendly and of good cheer. I will certainly visit this establishment next time I'm n the Rochdale area.
I’ve been to this pub on a couple of occasions. I had a pint and a beef and ale pie with chips which I enjoyed. More recently I asked for the same but instead I got a bowl of beef soup with a piece of pastry covering the top of the bowl. The quality was really bad. The pub itself though is quite nice and clean.
